Who Am I?

I am...creative, fun, clever, sarcastic, smart, occasionally ignorant and blissfully unaware. I am a person of strong resolve and weak personal bubble. I love to speak my mind, and listen with all my being. I absorb most everything, and feel that everything is information.

I know, I feel, I hear, I listen, I sense, I understand, not everything, and not all at the same time.

Writer by trade, and Counselor by nature. I am attentive, and intuitive, both a gift and curse. I can be right, and hate to be wrong. I am the teddy bear, that will hold our secrets, and the blanket that will protect from fear.

I want change for the better, and always look for places to plant that seed. Most importantly and the bitter-sweet truth...I am Human...don't hold against me...just go with it.

Excerpt from Summer Magic (MY BOOK)

“You three. Halt.” A woman shouted behind them.

“Halt? Who says halt?” Zach said as they turned around. Six people led by a fierce looking woman in a simple white dress. She wore a green sash around her waist and had he hair pulled back into a tight braid. This woman looked scary enough, but to add to the formidability, there were four men flanking her. Two of them instantly transformed into animals one a black wolf, and the other, a panther. Both seemed to curl toward the woman, and let out low growls toward Sam and the other two. Sam reflexively tensed and could backward, but he didn’t budge, this wasn’t his first attack.

The woman smiled, strangely even scarier then a harsh look, her eyes flashed dangerously. Sam watched as her pupils dilated and let a green light flood her eyes. She started to move her mouth rapidly, muttering in a very low whisper. Sam stood bewildered, but jumped as thin roots sprouted at his feet, and begin to curl themselves around their legs. Sam stepped backward and fell, but continued to rip his legs away. Zach twisted and fought, freeing himself and backing away. However, Monica just stood, calmly staring down at the plants that were rapidly crawling up her legs. She was slowly being cocooned by the greenery, and Sam and Zach stood almost smiling.

The woman confusedly stopped muttering. Looking at the three of them, she smiled and twisted her head.

“See now, your friend is paralyzed with fear, surrender yourselves or I will order my precious plants to rip her to shreds.” Her lips quivered, and twisted viciously, forming words that none of them could hear. The plants sprouted thorns that were inching their way toward her body. Monica tossed her backpack to Zach and fixed her gaze upon the woman.

“Bite me.” Monica said shortly. With the sudden ferocity of a jet engine she became a blazing pillar of fire. The plants blackened instantly and fell dead to the ground, and the woman was grabbing her skin as if she were burning herself. As she dropped to her knees she flung her hand at them. The four men, human and creature, leapt toward them but were thrown backward as a blue dome materialized around the group.

  2. I appreciate the compliment. I'm afraid, with the exception of the excerpts I post here, you'll have to wait for the book. Haha.

Who may I ask are you?
